To increase the quality in your project Milestone offers a Quality Management (QM) with focus on automation and standardization of standard functions and business processes as well as an optimized error retrieval and correction.
From the Milestone point of view Quality Management is based on three pillars:

Milestone develops an individual solution with respect to size and complexity of the project to cover as much parts as possible. In contrary to the common sense an effective QM is not expensive but can lower your project costs and boost efficiency and acceptance of the new system.
An optimized involvement of the user departments in the development process
From the Milestone point of view IT systems finally are made for end users. Therefore Milestone recommends planning an interface between project management and user department to ensure the project realises a system for the customer – your user department – and not for the developer. An additional useful instrument which is often used by Milestone is a user test with the user departments. An experienced coordinator provided by Milestone works as an interface and ensures the success of the project.
An individual concept
For a successful QM Milestone recommends an individual conception in combination with the selection of tools for the specific needs of the project. For example the use of automated tests should be discussed here. In addition the concept defines which parts of the QM will be used, which special characteristic of these parts are necessary and which tools will support the project.
