Support and Maintenance

Milestone offers different support levels for different user groups of an RFID solution and ensures the availability of guidance by email, phone, helpdesk or on site.

  • Customer support: work with application, interpretation of incidents and the resulting messages
  • Administrator support: system maintenance, implementation of user requirements
  • Technical support: system operation, updates and maintenance

To ensure a smooth operation of the developed RFID solution Milestone offers to take over the support and maintenance of the system. Regular checks and updates keep your application up to date and guarantee optimal system performance.
